What is the difference between Tackle Twill and Dye Sublimated Uniforms?
Tackle Twill (stitched): This involves sewing down the numbers or letters onto the uniform. It provides a bold, authentic, and premium embroidered look.
Dye Sublimation: This method uses heat to transfer dye directly into the fabric. It results in vibrant, long-lasting colors that never fade or chip. It’s perfect for complex designs and detailed team logos.
How do I receive my free graphic design?
Once you submit a Request for Free Graphic Design on our website, our design team will send your mockup within 24 hours via email.
If you’ve used our Design Your Own Tool, you can view your design directly there.
You can also email us anytime at info@mtsapparel.com to check the status of your request.
What is the material of the uniform?
Please check the product description of each item on our website for fabric details, or contact our customer support at info@mtsapparel.com for assistance.
Can we create a custom design for our team?
Absolutely! Choose your desired uniform style and submit a Free Graphic Design Request online.
You can also use our Uniform Design Tool or email your preferred design directly to info@mtsapparel.com.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes, you can email info@mtsapparel.com to check your order status.
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll provide you with tracking details from carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Do you have a Size Chart?
Yes, we have an updated size chart available online.
You can also order sizing kits or stock samples to check the fit and quality of our products.
Please note that MTS Apparel will not be responsible for incorrect sizes once your order is confirmed.
Can I request a sample of my actual order?
Yes. We can produce a single sample of your final design.
If you confirm your full order afterward, 50% of the sample cost will be credited toward your next invoice.
(Production time: 7–10 business days)
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Our Standard Processing Time is 2–3 weeks.
Rush Processing is available (7–10 business days) once full payment and order details are confirmed.

Can I add more uniforms later if we have new players?
Yes, MTS Apparel can manufacture add-on uniforms in your existing style.
Please note that color tones may slightly vary from previous batches due to fabric changes.

Can you color match our existing uniforms?
We’ll do our best to match your previous colors as closely as possible, but an exact match cannot be guaranteed due to variations in materials and dye lots.
Please refer to our Color Chart for available shades.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, PayPal, Checks, Money Orders, and School Purchase Orders.
(Please note: checks may take up to 10 days to clear.)

What is your return policy?
We only accept returns or exchanges for plain uniforms (no customization).
Customized uniforms (with team names, logos, or colors) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to report any issues.

Order not delivered or missing?
Customers must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date listed in the order details.
Refunds are not issued for missing orders, but we’ll gladly remake the original order with the same design, colors, and sizes.
