Step 1: Browse Our Products

Visit our website and explore our collection of custom uniforms and sports apparel.
Each product page includes complete details about designs, materials, and available sizes.

Step 2: Send an Inquiry

When you find a product you’re interested in, click the “Send an Inquiry” or “Contact Us” button.
In your message, please include the following details:

  • Product name or link
  • Quantity
  • Sizes and colors (if known)
  • Your team or organization name
  • Any special customization or logo requirements

You can also email us directly at info@mtsapparel.com or sales@mtsapparel.com with your details and design files.

Step 3: Receive Mockup and Quotation

Our design team will prepare a free mockup of your requested product and email it to you within 24 hours.
Along with your mockup, you’ll receive a quotation and estimated delivery time.
Once you approve the mockup and confirm your order, we’ll send you an invoice for payment.

Step 4: Payment and Order Confirmation

After you review your invoice, you can make payment using any of the following methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Check or Money Order (check payments may take up to 10 days to clear)

Once payment is confirmed, we’ll send your Order Detail Sheet for final approval.
After confirmation, your order goes into production.

Step 5: Production and Shipping

Your order will be processed and shipped within:

  • 2–3 weeks (Standard Processing)
  • 7–10 business days (Rush Processing)

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Sizing and Samples

We recommend checking our Size Chart (coming soon) before confirming your order.
You can also order Sample Kits to check the quality and fit.
We offer 50% OFF on Custom Sample Uniforms — this discount is applied to your next invoice when you confirm the full order.
